Mothers
Are God’s Flowers
A mother is a flower, plucked from heaven above.
A gift God gives to children, to brighten their lives with love.
-a poem from Injete Chesoni-
This month’s photo exhibit “Blossoms” is inspired of this month’s Mother’s Day. The twenty mellowing visuals of (seasonal) flowers, framed to detail the flower’s touch, Through my Lens. The launching day was on the 15th of August, 2012 – Wednesday from 6:30 to 8:00pm, at the Avenue 23, Lobby area of Centara Grand@CentralWorld.
It was an honor to have our Consul General EdgarB. Badajos - from the Philippine
Embassy, Thailand and Alternative
permanent representative of UNESCAP to preside over the opening ceremony of my
photo exhibit.
“Blossom’s” the visuals are clicked from Europe
and from Asia, these are my collections during my adventures. Here, I detailed
the photographs to redefine the relationship between image and presentation. I
thought of using different ways of framing to display what I saw when I was
clicking the flowers. You are also looking at the inspirational quotes of each
photos.
The photo exhibit will run until the month’s
end, August 2012
